As we communicate exclusively via email, the request must be sent as an attachment to an email from a verified correspondence address. The email address must be official and directly associated with the competent authority.

a. Comprehensive information regarding the requesting authority;
b. The name and identification details of the authorized representative;
c. An official email, physical mailing address, and contact telephone number;
d. A precise description of the requested data.

2.5. Please allow a minimum of fifteen (15) days for us to assess and process the request.

4.1. We make reasonable efforts to collect and provide competent authorities with the requested information to the fullest extent possible. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the information provided. Errors may arise due to human oversight, technical limitations, or system malfunctions.

4.2. Correspondence regarding requests from competent authorities is confidential and privileged. Information provided in response to such requests must be used solely for the purposes specified in the request.
